Is property management free?
Azyba offers free management tools. Optional services such as RentFlow and rent collection have their own pricing. Review the price shown before activation.
Can I use Azyba without RentFlow?
Yes. You can use the property management tools independently. RentFlow is an optional service for eligible leases.
Does exporting to QuickBooks connect my bank?
No. An export is a file you transfer to your accounting workflow. It does not establish bank sync or a live QuickBooks connection.
