Yet access to housing remains unnecessarily fragmented, slow, and inefficient. Millions of people lose time, energy, and opportunity navigating friction in the housing system. Long searches, difficult moves, poor matching between people and places, and barriers that limit mobility and flexibility. When housing works better, everything else does too.

At societal scale, even small improvements in how people access and move through housing compound into enormous gains in productivity, well-being, and human potential. Small inefficiencies, multiplied across millions of people and years of life, become enormous. Solving them is one of the highest-leverage ways to improve quality of life at scale.
