About this home

Built in 1890, this home in the vibrant Carrée St-Louis area of the Plateau was reconfigured into a unique, two-story, loft-style artist's oasis. The main floor features a completely open-concept, functional design with 9'6" ceilings, optimized for abundant natural light. The second floor offers another expansive open space with numerous windows, a closed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The glass-enclosed shower is bathed in natural light from a large skylight. An interior staircase leads to the roof, an ideal space for a future terrace to enjoy the sun and stars. Amazing location steps from Prince-Arthur and St-Denis
